Entire families, groups of friends, school groups, solo travellers… you name them, they travel with us. Our diverse range of itineraries and touring styles, from Camping tours and Explorer tours to Premium tours and Day tours – all offer something for every travel style and budget.

If you’re travelling solo, our subsidized solo traveller supplement means you can book your own single room, not at double the twin share cost, but at 150% of it. Alternatively, we can match you with another AAT Kings traveller of the same gender, for no extra cost. 

One thing you can be sure of is that every coach is an exciting and unique mix of nationalities and ages – so no one is ever the odd one out.

They're not afraid to say hello

On AAT Kings tours, people come as strangers and leave as friends. When you’re sharing amazing places and experiences with people from all around the world, new friendships are inevitable!

If you’re already in a group, coach travel is a hassle-free, and often more affordable way to travel together (learn about our group discounts). Friends can decide to join one of our tours at the last minute without causing a problem and, best of all, it’s our responsibility to make sure you’re all having a good time.

They're not 'less mobile'

There is a perception that coach tours are for the less able and the less imaginative. Try telling that to one of our customers who has just been whitewater rafting in New Zealand or scuba diving on the Great Barrier Reef.

The truth is, you can make your tour as active as you want it. If you’re more of an outdoors type, you might prefer our Explorer or Camping tours. No matter which tour you choose, there’s plenty of included sightseeing along the way, so walking shoes are a must. But if you feel like more (or less) action, that’s easy to organize too.
